can somone help me

that has happened to me in the past, sometimes happens if bios gets corrupted or even if the cmos battery is getting low.
All I have ever done is reset the bios and reconfigured for my current setup saved and rebooted, not sure if its the same but worth trying.

dont have manual for it due to its my gf's

motherboard info i got is BN79OE tried looking on the net for it but i can only find reveiws on it anyone help ?
