Hello there :)

Would you prefer bank transfer or Paypal Gift?

Cheers

PayPal

Ok, please make paypal gift payment to [email protected] and send over you address details :)

Using the PayPal app on my mobile can you text me your email so I can copy and paste it straight in

And he's given me his mobile.

I've specified PP Gift so he can't do a charge-back scam, but I am unfamiliar with the app...

HALP!

Couldn't it just be his paypal is linked to that address and not the one he's using for the current comms?

OK, I'll play along, but if this goes south I'm holding you all responsible and you will make my list :p

My paypal email is different to my current comms email so I'm not worried there, just be aware that a "paypal gift" leaves you with no protection from paypal if you're paying for an item that never shows up!

EDIT: misunderstood - appears you're selling. looks fine to me!

I don't currently have over £20 in PayPal so part paying by card incurs a fee of 3.4% plus 30p or similar. If you don't want to take that small hit Fire over your Bank details.

So now he has my mobile, and my email address, and now wants my bank details?

SMELLING FISHY BRO!

This on the MM right? If so then all of the information he is asking for he is advised to obtain according to the MM guidelines section 1.2 and 1.3. Nothing fishy at all.

deffo - putting money from card into a paypal account costs nothing... I'd tell him to gift in full or get lost :P

You are wrong. Putting money into a paypal account from a DEBIT card costs nothing. Putting money in from a credit card does incur the 3.4% + 20p fees.
