It's very dark so turn up your brightness. I kept missing the hounds that were biting down my barricade because I couldn't see them.

I found the chainsaw a bit useless as it kept stalling :/

Get the grenades and spam them

I had 2 survivors at the bottom of the barricade with Uzi/Ump iirc and I was middle, the zombies all started moving to the top where it was undefended, I just lobbed nade after nade after nade kept doing this throughout the final stages of the game

Almost died a few times using crap weapons, the shotguns were crap. Then decided to use revolver/chainsaw, much easier
