Slowly sorting pcs out for my brother's, one has minimal budget and I've sorted him a Ryzen 3600/1660s system with 16gb memory.

The other brother has given me a slightly better budget and I've found this, can't tell all of the information from the photo, but this is what I know:

AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
Gigabyte RTX 3070 8GB
16GB DDR4 RGB - unknown model
Samsung 500gb nvme (unknown model)
1TB nvme (unknown what brand and model)
ASUS ATX motherboard, unknown model
Thermalright 360 AIO
Unknown PSU
Unknown case, but it has 6 Thermalright fans, looks to be glass front and side panel.

Is £500 a good deal for this? It feels like a banger

Yea that sounds alright for £500.

Ok, so maybe not quite the bargain I had hoped?
I've been looking at used part prices for a few weeks and this seemed quite reasonable as a pre build. I'm trying to get him a build that can play older games etc without having to spend £1500 to £2000. No doubt modern games will want to be explored eventually, assume with settings turned down a 3070 would be fine at 1080/1440p.

PSU is a Coolermaster 750 gx.

Ok thanks for the feedback. I'd like him to build a 7800x3d rig with a 9070xt but that sits at the afore mentioned budget. And given he mostly wants to play older stuff, I figured he could save £1k+
