He was apparently tazed multiple times - can see one of attempts towards the end of the video when he approaches the officer just before the car tries to pin him against the wall.

Before this video starts they had already hit him at least once with a car.

I don't recall ever seeing armed police in Aberdeen outside protection duties. The boys in Arbroath aren't that close.
