Hmm, I guess it's possible their DNS hasn't updated yet?

I moved my website to a new server about two weeks ago and updated the nameservers to the new IP's.

Please can you tell me what software you are using to trace routes as that looks a lot neater and easier to read that command prompt that I usually use.
