Can you be thrown out of heaven and into hell (and vice versa)

jpod, re. the OP's original question... notice that it is of course an 'institutional question' - the proper appeal to authority is to ask the logically consistent type of expert (ie. a cleric) in a corresponding forum?

As Angilion has probably noticed, the thread question thus likely constitutes the fallacy of appeal to illicit authority. Of course, no fallacy arises if at least one of the thread respondents IS a cleric of the matching religion of the OP.

Questioning an expert would not give a conclusive answer - it would be "yes" but they would argue "no" and stumble (Gods counterpart was thrown out of heaven).

The question is an unanswerable one that is indirectly highlighting flaws in what people are brainwashed to believe, or at least have knowledge of

Aparently because they didnt truely repent (easy deflection) or dont forgive others (easy deflection). Religion has answer for everything. Why do we not all be hardened criminals, enjoy life, and take a punt that you will have 1 second to be sorry and to forgive your enemy before you get shot in the back

I was coming from a technical perspective - the question as asked is an api backward-compatibility question about script language interpretation of an evolvIng code-base. If the question wasn't posed as rhetorical (ie. so you could enjoy answering it yourself) or as a thought experiment for us to share, isn't it more natural (or sometimes quicker) to ask one of the design representatives?
