Haha!

I can get idle temps of around 12-15c when first in Windows during cold winter days / nights thanks to my liquid cooled PC being located in my garage conversion with no heating. Luckily my PC acts a heater in this room.

It's the temp reading for this:

Unfortunately I can't find any of my old screen grabs from the PC in question - it was a looooong time ago!

*edit* - that's a better size!

Looks chilly. Alright, your enthusiasm has won me over. Youre in third place at the mo. :p

all these fancy liquid coolers  cpu: Phenom 955 BE

idling at 29*c with a £15 cooler which is unaudible :D

I used to have one of those, keeping my conroe happy. I snapped off one of the plastic pins though once installing it. God i hated those push pin things.

What's the point of claiming low temps that are only reported by a faulty sensor?

Geeeze, I've had HW monitor tell me my temps (core and others) are anything from 0C up to 127C, fan speeeds of 65535 RPM. Heck, I even have a screenshot where HWMonitor showed my CPU (2700K running in single channel memory mode) maxed out at over 2 KW! That is using a 1000W PSU, so no way I even got half way to 2 KW usage :)

Of course, when I have my WC setup, using a chiller, and possibly a TEC at a later date, I will have some very low temps :)
