Can you block domains in Firefox?

As title, is there a way to block complete domains in Firefox?

So far to block advertising I have got away with blocking images from certain domains and blocking the Flash with flashblock. Now there seem to be what look like html adverts sneaking in.

NoScript for Firefox might help, though.

Bleh, didn't see Adblock was available for the latest firefox. Last time I looked it only worked on older versions.

Adblock Plus, not Adblock. It's different.
