Can you create a order for more direct line

Lets say someone had a long line. Could you pay bt to make a more direct line from your house to the exchange? If so how much would it cost?

No not a leased line, just a normal bt line for normal adslmax or somit.

It will be in the thousands edging on 10's of. Infact I wouldn't be surprised if a leased line was cheaper as there may be a PoP that is closer/what ever they can plug the other end into may be closer.

i would think it would cost a fair bit. move to cable if its in your area??
