I have a couple of add-ins installed in Excel which I use on a regular basis which are located under the "add-ins" tab however they go off the side of the ribbon and was wondering if there is a way to get each add-in to have its own tab?

I also have ASAP Utilities installed which has its own tab instead of being included under the add-in tab but I cant see a way to be able to create new tabs for specific add-in's?

Thanks, Mark

If I understand what you want, just right click on the ribbon and select "Customize the ribbon". You can then make as many tabs as you need.

Hi, when i right click on the ribbon the I dont get an option to customise the ribbon itself just customise the quick access toolbar?

It was only in Excel 2010 that they added the option to easily customise the ribbon as namnoc described.

You can do it in 2007 but it involves writing your own XML and VBA code ie. not user friendly at all. If you search for customising the office 2007 ribbon you can find out more on this.

Your best bet would be to just pin the frequently used add-ins to the quick access toolbar.
