can you get mail to play a sound for rss feeds ?

as title, i would like to know if its possible to play a sound when i get a new rss feed on apple mail ?

Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to the logic behind it.

It spells out a very slow message in binary

1 being a bing, 0 being an expected but not present bing.
