Hi, I need to compile a diet and training regime of two contrasting athletes so that I can do energy calculations and do dieatry reccomendations.

It would be a real help to me if an endurance athlete (ie: a runner or some one trying to loose weight) and a power athlete (ie: a bodybuilder or some one trying to gain weight) could tell me what the ate over a period of 3 days and what training they did.

I already have quiet a good one for the weight lifter but I'm going to have to pad it slightly. What I really need is one for more of an endurance sort of athlete though a more compehensive weight lifting one would be a big help also :)

Cheers in advance.

"a runner or some one trying to loose weight" can be completely different things, as with "a bodybuilder or some one trying to gain weight".

Yes, I know... I'm just generalising. basically I need some one who eats a lot to maintain/gain size and power as a opposed to some one who trys to eat less to keep a lower weight whilst maintain efficiency. ;)

Post up what you've done so far and I'm sure some of the guys here who know their stuff about diets will offer some advice. :)
