Can you identify this component?

A capacitor has fallen off my motherboard, and I was hoping to get hold of another one from somewhere and solder it on - but I don't know what the specs of it are or where I could get one.

Does anybody know?

That's strange - I thought those were the search terms I used last time, but twice as many results now. It seemed to imply postage was free at Farnells but there was a minimum £20 order. Bleh. I might think about cannibalising a dead board.

BTW, the cap it's replacing was not in a holder - it was just straight onto the board. Maybe that's why it came off. The soldering doesn't look too difficult - just need to make sure I get one that will work.
