did a quick search, but wont be the reasons i want just from the heading posts.
basically i have a 500gb xb1s after installing halo 5, FH3, Cod BO3 and a few other games i ended up needing a 1tb portable, so other than getting rid of some games off the drives as i sold them, i had over 44(now like 35-38) games leaving me over 200 or 300gb spare on the portable and less than 30gb internal, but as i want to add more games that are not free i am thinking of changing my drive for a 2tb so my missus can have my 1tb(she has a 500gb xb1 also) however i had the crazy idea of partitioning it, so 500gb roughly can be used for my back ups from my laptop(want a gaming laptop or just a faster one lol) leaving the rest for xbox, but it this actually a possible thing to do?
ive had no reason to test the drive i have as im going to let the missus share it for her games till i sort something, so didnt want to risk screwing things up and unless i can find a really cheap 500gb just for pc stuff(cant be arsed with all this enclosure types now, 1 is enough) then it makes sense to get the big drive.
