When I was a kid you could buy cigarettes and newspapers from the ice-cream van. Yay progress, 2019 and no freaking ice-cream van has Marlboros

Used to be one that went round selling cigarettes but under the counter so to speak, counterfeit and dodgy imports. There was also a milkman who sold dodgy cigs when I was in school. I think the milk was just a front though.
