Can you recommend me some Case Fans plz

Hi All

I have a CoolerMaster COSMOS case into which I am wanting to install some case fans to get some additional airflow thru. Can you please recommend some quiet fans with decent airflow and 120mm.

Looking to place one on the bottom 1. in the lower drive bay and three along the top. I have a Antech Kuhler installed btw. Finally would u recommend pulling out the top or pushing in from the top and out the bottom of the case.

gentle typhoon 1450's or sharkoon 1000. Both very quiet, the gt's push more air though.
I would pull in air from the bottom and expel it from the top. Heat rises so it makes more sense that way.
