Can you remote into Mac OS from Windows

If you just want SSH access, follow this:

Allow a remote computer to access your Mac

Allow remote login on your Mac so you can use SSH or SFTP to access it from another computer.

If you want the full UI, you can look into third party software like AnyDesk or TeamViewer.

Try Nomachine - it is free and works really well (Windows/Mac/Linux/Pi/Arm servers and clients, iPhone and Android clients)

Yea it is, Sys prefs > Sharing > Screen sharing

Just stick free teamviewer on it.

You can use vnc viewer as well I believe.

Apple's implementation of VNC isn't great; even if you disable "delayed" ACK packets, it still ends up extremely sluggish and not particularly useable for long sessions. Even ARD between MacOS isn't brilliant.

@OspreyO - As others have said, use something like TeamViewer or xRDP. And depending on generation, you'll want a HDMI 'dummy' dongle and/or an app like SwitchRexX (there's a few around) to allow for higher resolutions and GPU acceleration.
