And on a serious note, just report your phone stolen and get it blocked. Don't mention the text to her and make sure you tell her it was nicked. She will then assume the thief was messing around. If she doesn't believe you then ask her to call it.

Just spoke to your girlfriend shes round mine now with a smile on her face, no need to worry just go round the other birds house and sort her connection out, your GF fully understands.
 
That text can so easily be manipulated to be that you want to sort your GF out, in a sexual way. Play your way out of it. Simple.

And remember to cancel your work friend's arrangement, postpone it to a couple of days or something.
