can you return food ?

They're in bad condition, of course you can (and should) take them back! I'm astonished at all the people telling you not to bother. If they're like most supermarkets you'll probably get a refund and a free replacement.

Edit: That's unless they're not supposed to have sticks in them, which actually sounds fairly likely, is there some reason you expected them to have a stick in them?

charge into the store you bought them from and demand your free sticks :D

I would'nt really bother taking them back for being stickless, if however they contained broke sticks which I speared my tongue with or choked on I would.

You could always have a chat to someone when your next into and mention you had stickless icecreams and maybe they will give you something free, but I would'nt go there just for it.

Did you intend using them for ornaments or eating them?

If the latter, what difference does it make if they're a little bashed and have no sticks? Within a microsecond of them entering your gob they will be unrecognisable from their original form anyway.
Oddly enough, they will also almost certainly taste exactly the same as perfectly formed ice cream confections.

Get them down yer neck :p

Put them in a dish and eat them you big ponce :p :)

but then i have to wash the dish up:o

Dude look at the front of the box, if it reads 'choc ice' or something similer your a buffoon

no, they are rip off magnums which should have sticks in them!

You shop at iceland you forfeit your right to lolly sticks.

Come on dude, they don't even sell fruit and veg, how can they be a supermarket, kerry mcfadden advertises the damn things, grr... (sorry about my irrational hate for iceland and kerry mcfadden)

i bit the bullet (to lazy to take them back) and decided to eat one like you would a choc ice. Turns out the have sticks in them, they are just shorter then they should be and are fully contained within the ice cream
