My phone has knackered up so cant ring up for the next few days (or until the stupid technician gets off his fat ass and moves).
Anyone know if I can request a RMA through the webnote system? (Webnote!)

I was thinking baout the CS section, but it says about including your RMA number, so I was abit put off from that.
Ill use the webnote though.

Thanks for confirming :)

Are you returning under the DSR or due to fault, if its the latter then he customer section be quicker.

DSR Im returning under.
Im not happy with the Corsair HS1A's. From the reviews of everyone raving about them completely overlooking the very very very distinct lack of bass and metallic tinny sound of some sounds.

Sure that it is not your soundcard causing these problems?

Im not up for paying £20+ for a sound card that might not fix the problem, where I can buy a £30 set elsewhere and have 360/ PS3 connectivity too....not to mention sounding better in games and music.

My brother has the set Im going to buy and it sounds a hellovalot better than these.

Dont get me wrong, spoken word and hearing footsteps from pretty much any direction, these are 100%, but when bombs were going off in BF2...it buzzed and crackled like a very cheap set of in ear headphones.

As you're returning using the DSR you need to give written notification by letter, fax or RMA WebNote.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you have the right to cancel the contract relating to your order at any time up to the end of 7 working days after the goods are delivered. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Overclockers UK by letter, fax or RMA WebNote giving details of the goods ordered and date received. Notification by phone is not acceptable. If you exercise your right of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Overclockers UK at your own cost. The Distance Selling Regulations (2000) places a duty on you to take reasonable care of the goods once you have exercised your right to cancel. Returned items must be packaged properly and shipped in a plain outer box. Please try to include all internal packaging, cables, manuals, drivers and protective bags, however small. Overclockers UK will refund you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit or debit card for the goods. If after exercising your right under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you do not return the goods as required, Overclockers UK may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods. When exercising your right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) please return goods to Overclockers UK (Esnet Ltd), 4 Axis, Millenium way, High Carr Business Park, Newcastle-under-lyme, ST5 7UF.

Done it with webnote after. I noticed that, but forgot to add the date recieved (surely they'd have details on the goods from the order number?...I only ordered 1 thing)...worst they can do is email me and say I forget that informatin.

The worst they can do is use it as a technicality to try and avoid giving you a refund.

You have seven working days from the day after you received the goods so as long as your time isn't running out I'd send them another WebNote if you don't hear from them tomorrow.

Well I ordered Friday and it got to me Saturday (Posts in "Sound city" section as proof), they dont have a hope in hells chance of getting out of it until Friday, Saturday is debatable, but hopefully it should be back in their hands by then.

I dont see them trying to wiggle out of it anyway, theyre a sound company after all.
