Can You Swim Uphill?

Basically, if the pool was rotating fast enough so that the water stayed in it even though it was at an angle, and assuming you were a strong enough swimmer, you could swim uphill.

So the answer is YES.

No, the answer is no. It would have to rotate at a speed which would be far greater than it would be possible to swim 'up'.
