Can you turn off the internal RGB bling in most boards?

I'm looking at buying a Z or H 370 board and some of the ones that match my criteria mention RGB in the blurb.
I doubt I'd want to use it so can you turn any integrated RGB lights off in the UEFI?
I'd rather do it there than have to install the manufacturer's bloatware, I mean software, just to disable a feature.
I'm looking at Gigabyte, Asus and also possibly ASRock and MSI.

Yeah most of them can in the BIOS, if in doubt, once you have decided on a board, look at the manual for it on the companies website.

I will double check once I have chosen a board.
