Canadian Grand Prix 2010, Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, Montreal - Race 8/19

This has to be my favourite qualifying session this season, as it wasn't a RedBull benefit.
The RedBulls are finally on the back foot and are not "comfortable".

This really was a "Hamilton Special", with the 2 RedBulls right behind him.

Alonso was also remarkably fast in a Ferrari which isn't that great a car right now. I think Alonso really needs to buckle down now, because he is at Ferrari and there simply isnt any excuse for him being out of the WDC this year.

A lot of Brits don't like him, mainly because he is a winner.

Its built into the psyche of the British public who like losers. I think Eddie the Eagle Edwards, coming last and becoming a hero for it, is the best example of this.
 
Why did he push his car? Wasn't he meant to simply stop there and then on the circuit because they wanted a fuel sample?
 
Ooh gone for a bit of a different setup in the press conference.

Britney Spears mikes for the drivers and a coffee table rather than the normal one!
 
I have only just calmed down, my head almost exploded with excitement as Hamilton took pole.

Hope the race is good tomorrow, excellent job Lewis.

The fuel sample is taken in the pits but had he not stopped there may not have been any sample left in his fuel tank, dunno why he pushed it might be a rough area. :p
 
Hahaha, that was awesome, lewis really pulled it out on the last lap!
that was quite amusing when he was rolling to a stop out on track:D
