Button didn't drive Lewis into wall. His movement left wasn't fast or sudden enough imo. Jenson was in front and took his racing line. Lewis was aiming at moving into a small space that got even smaller when Jenson moved to the left. I think Lewis should have moved to right and gone that way or waited for Button to move right for first corner and having stayed on the left outbrake Jenson into the first corner.

Just not needed, they have video and telemetry, they don't need to speak to either. Things should be decided within the race.
