If the start of the race is going to be wet, the should scrap park ferme and allow full wet set up, with a delayed start. Then let them race.

Nice stat, 1:10 over takes by Lewis. Not only 24 drivers he's also at the front fo the grid, where less overtakes happen.

Put it this way several teams where getting the intermediate tyres ready, that tells you all you need to know. The SC start was a complete joke. As was the third SC at the first sign of rain, it was until a lap or two before red flag was the SC needed.
