That has only ever been applied in a corner, this was after the corner. Hammy had to leave Rosberg enough room. Not the other way around once past the apex.

Aggressive and driving someone off the track are very different things.

They do apply it but sometimes you simply can't actually turn enough to leave space. Rosberg won't get punished for sure because it's a tight enough corner that you can't really turn. Of course Rosberg clearly outbroke himself to force Hamilton to evade, if he'd braked a touch earlier then he could have turned tighter, left space and Hamilton would likely be 1st.
 
That marussia really did just disintegrate . I actually think Rosberg needs more of this ruthlessness if he wants to be world champ. Vettel/hammy/alonso all would have done the same.

This is so retarded. They should red flag it whenever it looks like the SC will be out for more than 3 laps.

7 laps and nothing is happening. What are they waiting for?
