Canceling wow payment method

you wont loose your characters, i did the same and actually sorte dout ym payments for thsi on friday, so im playing again now with all my characters! so shoudlnt be a problem

like the other guy said, its a luxury, and people do whatever they want with their money, they can pay £9 for a month of entertainment at night-time etc, or buy 3 pints in the pub on a single night.... id rather just fork out the extra money for the pints

That's effectively what you'll be doing in 99% of any other competative online game though, WoW is no different.
What keeps me coming back to WoW (and as far as the subscription goes, makes it the best value game I have ever purchased) is that it isn't strictly a competative game. Sure, there is PvP, and bragging rights over loot and such, but the it's the social side that keeps people coming back to it, not the "e-peen character".

you really dont play games do you, or only the free ones,

new console games £40 each, pc games about £25, it takes on avarage 10 hours to complete a game,

i spend about 20-30 hours a week playing wow , i know thats a lot of hours but at the end it doesnt work all that expensive considering the experience you get and the ammount of time you spend playing the game,
