Cancelling UKO Contract

I've just spent half an hour on hold only to be cut off immediately
just wondering if anyone can offer any information as to cancelling a UKO contract early
i think my 12 months is up in august, however i dont live at the house it's provided to anymore, and have no wish to move the service anywhere else
will i be able to cancel it and just pay the last two months now, if i ever get back through?

thay have only recently chages there terms of conditions to allow for the fair useage policy, you should be able to cancel for that reason with no penalty

it was back in march that they changed them, have attempted it, but im not entitled to cancel because of it anymore

the most you would be liable for then is the remainder of your 12 months
