Where is the cheapest place to but Candles, basic household candles as no shops round were I live seem to stock them now.

Poundshops sell those little stubby candles that last about 6hrs, think I got 40 or 50 for £1.49 last time I bought some, they have a special name which completely escapes me, old age I'm afraid and I'm also trying to figure out how to bring the old Four Candles gag into my answer but I've just realised it doesn't work quite as well when typed/written, so won't bother now.

Yeah, I thought it was Tea-Lights but then I thought they were for something else, there's some Storm 'Somethings' too, I wasn't sure if the short fatties were the Storm things
