Canned Chicken

I had one of those years ago from a hamper my dad used to get from work, was the best tasting chicken I've ever eaten, full of flavour and very moist.


Im guessing it comes out moist due to the fact that its been marinated in that snot for over 48 hours?
 
I tried that once....to be honest i know where rob_j is coming from because once the aspic jelly stuff is washed away the meat is very moist and very chickeny (is that a word?)

I suspect its been injected with all manner of flavour enhancers and preservatives mind.
