Cannot delete a folder

I recently downloaded software from MS for evaluation purposes, I didn't get around to doing anything with the files so I tried deleting them, but when I try to delete the folder, I get messages like "cannot delete UPDATE: Access is denied" etc.

Is there any way to force a delete?

Or sure delete if unlocker doesn't do it.
