For some reason I cannot get my machine to go in to test mode.
I have run the command bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON from a command prompt running as administrator and this confirms the command is successful.
When I also run bcedit.exe I can see that testmode is set to yes, but I don't get the watermark on the desktop and cannot run the drivers I need to.
Any ideas why it is not booting in test mode and how to make that happen?
Thanks.
