hi, i had wmp11 installed, however it was playing havoc and crashed, so i uninstalled it. Unfortunately, i cannot install it again, the install file downloaded from microsoft's website comes up with the screen below:
If i then extract the install file, i can then manually install the wmp runtime file which is wmfdist11.exe, that installs fine, the problem then occurs when trying to install the wmp11.exe file, as i then get two error messages
I do not understand why i get access denied when i have full computer rights, and i thinked i have changed all the necessary registry permission rights needed, yet i still get this message, and i would like to install wmp11 thanks
