Cannot open IFX file?

Hi guys,

I recieved an email today from someone which I could only assume was a word/text document - yet apparently its an IFX file, i have never come across this before. Any idea how I can open it? or what program it is

Have you tried manually entering the extension .doc or .docx at the end of the filename to see if it opens in word?

Thanks for the completely useless response. Go on mate, go click some of them links and realise theres actually very little that would help me.

For the record the file was corrupt and was a PDF file

Did you get it sorted then? Ive heard of EFX (E-Fax), but not IFX :confused:

There are a few programs that could convert the e-fax in to some readable format too.

yeah mate, I got them to resend the email as it was just a corrupt PDF doc
