Hi guys,

I am in a bit of desperation here and hoping someone can help.

I have HP 125nw printer connected over WiFi. I can print to it from my phone via AirPrint, from my Mac, so it works fine.

On windows 8.1, however, I cannot print. When I send to the printer, the job appears on the print queue for a fraction of a second and then disappears with nothing printed.

Now, I CAN print if/from:
- Application that I run as Admin (so say, Word will not print, but if run with Admin rights - it will)
- Windows built-in applications, like Notepad will print fine, though I suspect they run as admin be default.
- Metro apps will print too. But again, I think that's because they have elevated permissions.

Windows cannot print test page either - says "Printing test page failed". But HP's Print Doctor can and says no problems with the printer. However, it runs itself with elevated permissions too, so that explains it.

What I tried so far:
- Reboot
- Completely remove and clean all printer drivers and reinstalling new versions.
- Disabling windows and Kaspersky firewall.
- Stopping, staring print spooler service.
- Giving "Everyone" permissions to all sorts of Temp folders.
- Cleaning the contents of Windows/System32/spooler/drivers folder
- Disabling UAC
- Restarting and resetting printer itself to factory settings.
- Checking windows logs.

Obviously, this is some sort of windows permission problem, though my user account is Admin.
Did anyone had a similar problem?
