As title....using everything at my disposal from tweezers to the tools that I bought for cable modding and the stupid pins wont budge. Molex and fan connections are fine, just the 24/6/8 connections.

Any tips?

You think i haven't tried that already? I've watched a good 3 hours of videos and like 9 different guides.

You didn't say you checked any guides only that you'd tried various tools at your disposal.

If you only give half the story you can't blame me for pointing you in the direction of some tips on how to do it.

Most are held down by clips half way along one edge of the connector, you squeezing hard there to get the clip to move? Most the time for me it is not using enough force because I think I am going to break it. :)

My bad...was epic tired when I wrote that...sorry for any....ummm...sarcasm/ "bitchyness".

Ive just bought a new PSU, so Im not going to be braiding any of the cables unless Corsair give me the thumbs up (technically only opening cables, so not voiding the warranty 'cause the seal isnt damaged....but asked anyway)

I tried every trick in the book all to no avail, eventually bought a Pulse Modding ATX pin remover from the bay and they all came out straight away!

I don't know, my Corsair PSU's have always been like this, really snug when you first install them, after a few rebuilds, their looser if you know what I mean.

Hope you're sorted soon mate!

I think he's trying to braid his PSU, not get the cables out of his mobo. :p
