Canon 1D MKII specs released

That is the question I want answers to too.

The rest of the spec for current pro DSLR is fine for me.

my feeling as well, people moan about the addition of video features but that is where the easy tick boxes are these days there are not a lot of headline grabbing stills features that don't already exist the success of this in the stills market will be entirely down to sensor performance which will hopefully give us a good steer on where the 5d mkiv will land up! Not that any of it really matters to me as I can't afford or justify either but a second hand 5D mkiii might be enough to tempt me if the prices come down to an affordable level following the mkiv release!

Really what were you hoping to see that isn't included it looks pretty comprehensive from where I'm sat!

It's not what I was hoping for, I'm a Nikon user and will be getting the D5 however if I was a current user of a 1DX I would have hoped for a bigger leap. especially in the Focus Points/Cross Type and ISO areas.

The video updates are nice but I'm not convinced the people who buy this camera get it for the video.

If I was getting my first 1DX then I'd be happy with the 1DX MKII but overall I think its underwhelming as I said.
