Canon cash back forms

Can anyone actually see these forms on the canon website. i may well be going blind but have spent a good 15 mins looking for them.

i need to send the cash back off for my 580ex. im leaving it a little late but if i could just find the forms lol :confused:

Evening,

any of you kind people know where the serial number will beon my 580ex flash??

i have alloked all over the flash gun, i have found 1x6digit code under the fllash head. thats it. also on the box there is a barcode with various numbers on there but the number that i have found on the flash doesnt match any of the numbers on the box :confused:

any help much appreciated.

The one on the flash head is the serial - it confused me as well when I was looking for it. I received my cashback using that number without any problems. I guess the code on the box that we send in is just a product code.
