Cant access Website

Hi all,

Im looking for a webhost, and have heard good things about www.pointserv.co.uk however I can't connect to their website, maybe there not too good then :S

I cant even ping the website. I can access the website through a proxy. Anyone have any ideas?

I have tried changing my ip address.
 
try a trace route. open a command prompt

tracert [noparse]www.pointserv.co.uk[/noparse]

it might be a routing problem with your isp? i can access it fine btw. :p
 
Tried clearing cookies etc and tried on other PCs on the network. This is what I get when I try tracert :(

it looks an issue with entanet -there was another thread recently where some could access sites and some people couldn't.
 
Like to rub it in dont you ;D

I have contacted UKFSN and all they said was it wasnt a problem at their end and was the web sites problem. Anyone else have ideas?

the thing that differed between people who can access it and those who cannot is what ip range they are in. enta have 2 main ranges that i know of....

78.32.x.x (which i'm on)
87.127.x.x (i'm guessing your on??)

if you're on the same range as me, then i have no idea but i'd still be looking at enta to checking it out......
