...I get over to Sydney, and one of the first things I saw was a chavved up Corsa with blacked out windows, ridiculous body kit with some dodgy chicken wire mesh at the front and silly stickers all over it. Can't escape the damn things. :D

On the plus side I've seen some excellent looking Hondas around Chinatown with amazing livery on them. Must get some pics for when I come back.

Nah, was just in the cafe catching up with family on MSN so thought I'd pop by OcUK ;) I posted in here for the Corsa thing which made me laugh when I saw it.
 
The vast majority of cars I seen in Melbourne were awful. There was loads of pimp my ride style pick up trucks.

Although an orange Gallardo did roll past slowly (whilst still sound like a beast) in the city centre.

There seems to be a bit of a hot-rod style scene as well. Lots of pimped pick up trucks too. Unfortunately no wireless where I'm staying so can't upload pics... :(
 
South west Sydney is full of bogans with chavved up cars.

There's always a white Audi R8 parked on the corner of Pitt Street and Goulburn. Great colour for that car.

Sydney is jam packed full of rich asians. The number of kids I see driving around in sportcars is ridiculous.

By pickup trucks do you mean Utes? :D Wierd that you never seem them in other countries, they're such an Aussie thing.
 
Yeah probably Utes? I'm not sure...

Seen them at Christmas last year visiting my parents who moved over just before then. Was quite a lot of them about!

I have seen several people with green P plates (1 year since pass I think?) driving RX-8s and the like :eek: Stupidly rich, or cheap insurance over here?
