I'm not sure if you were joking or not, but people like that are annoying. Whilst I feel sorry for them in their time of suffering, it doesn't mean that nobody else should be allowed to moan about things unless they're going through the same thing.

Also since you know how the game works/gives upgrades and you know some of the traps you'll face then you can upgrade smartly

That is why I always back up single player game saves to mem card after each session on a new game. I've had it happen a few times before so after a few hours I copy the data to memory card.

Saves a ton of ballache to finish a game.

Does an xbox live update fix this? Can't be arsed to play the game again if it's going to wipe my save half way through like before...
