Hopefully this is thebright section, if not I apologise I've not been on here in years.

Today I installed a new mobo, cpu, cooler, ram and gpu.
Could boot from my ssd which had windows on it, so I formated and reinstalled windows, still can't boot from that drive. Assumed drive is dead.
Formated my .m2 (1tb of games I now have to redownload) and installed windows from USB onto that. Won't boot from there either.

I'm clearly missing something, can anyone help me please??

When you say won’t boot, what actually happens? Have you checked in the BIOS to ensure the correct drive is selected to boot from?
