cant change dispatch date

well you all know the new website order system etc last night made an order for a few things dunno what i was doing but i selected delivery date on a wednesay and just phoned them today and ask them can i change the date of the order to dispatch today the guy said no we dont have that access atm

How comes sucks ;/
 
the guy told me on the phoned you can change the dispatch date on your ocuk account but i dont see anythink about changing it
 
Phone him up again then or send a webnote.
This sort of thing is for the shop staff to deal with, the forum is for advice and informal technical queries from customers and the public not ocuk staff.

Hmm thats not very good. Maybe ask to speak to the manager or whoever, there's got to be someone who knows the new system well enough to be able to do it.
Or as i said try a webnote, might get a different person who can do it.
