I've managed to change profiles my profiles in the past but despite me changing profiles I can't seem to go up to 4.20Ghz.
Can't change speed from 3.70Ghz to 4.20Ghz

PC keeps reverting back to profile 1 running at 3.7 so I'm a little lost...
Speccy just says "K19", which exact model is your CPU?
"Profile 1" from what, where are you finding this "profile 1? Is this a prebuilt OCUK PC?
You need to describe what is going on here because we're more lost than you are.

Sorry Pal I was a little vague I was talking about the DRAM settings.
Both my A-XMP profiles are set at 3200MHz, where previously profile 1 was 3200MHz & profile 2 was 4200MHz. I can't figure out how or why profile 2 has reverted to 3200MHz & your assistance would be appreciated

That's hard to say, but 4200 is a pretty high speed for an AM4 CPU, did your PC crash or reboot at some point?

I have the Ryzen 9 5900X
What happens you enable the higher speed profile? Does it not boot?
4800 is a REALLY high speed for DDR4.

PC has been working absolutely fine no issues I noticed it yesterday morning that it was running at 3.7, it's not the end of the world but it's bothering me that both the A-XMP profiles are 3700

What are your thoughts on my set up?
AM4 CPUs like RAM that is around 3200 or 3600. If you go above 4000, it is more likely to have problems and you'll have to change some settings manually. I'd be surprised if your motherboard can configure 4800 automatically.
