before reinstalling windows i always get the lan driver off the web and keep it on a usb stick so that once ive installed a fresh version i can install the lan driver which then means windows can find the latest drivers for everything else

now im baffled I put the old gfx card back in had to wait a min at the bios screen but then it went past it without clicking anything now im on windows
Are you sure its something to do with the BIOS and that's the reason your GTX Titan is not
working as that sounds a bit unrealistic to me. Its not very often a BIOS issue if the card is
not working, usually its just a setting in the BIOs that need changing but not a BIOS update.
I might be wrong though on that.

now my mouse is also jittering around the screen when I move it and when I change webpages it loads from top to bottom like a bunch of lines

Have you installed all latest drivers?

Do them, then check Device Manager for any thing else that says 'unknown' or has an exclamation mark next to it.
Fill your posts out a bit more, tell us what hardware you're using and which operating system etc etc.,.

also tho the computers rate performance thing from my computer properties rates my graphix card as a 1

wow tried changing the monitor hz back up to 120hz from 60hz and the screen goes fuzzy when I change it to anything above 60hz

I believe im sorted now only problem iv got is i cant change from 60hz to anything above otherwise screen goes fuzzy but that's probably my dvi to dvi wire not being dvi-d which i thought was so ordered a new one
