Can't connect to ocuk website sometimes.

Soemtimes i can't connect to ocuk website or fourms on my home network i get the error below, I have tried using firefox, chrome, safari and opera with not luck but when i using my mobile via 4G it works fine.

All clean tried connecting via pc laptop & macbook... only works via a VPN...
