I had the Lancool K62 and the cooling is not so good with only 1 intake fan.

My i7 930 at 3.8ghz was idling at 45-50c with a noctua d14. With my current case is now idling at 35-40c.

nope it's the r2, don't the r2 and r3 look exactly the same anyway?

Well the Fractal R2 is End of Life, so you would need to go R3 if you want the fractal.

Or you could look at the Fractal XL
