Can't Delete/Move/Edit 3 MKV files

I know they're there I can still play then but even after I kill all processes that could be at all related to them they still wont delete or anything stating there being used by windows explorer I even went up a level to see if it was the thumb nails but its not even that.

Yep done that already forgot to mention even tried a CD based OS

have you checked the properties security changing the permissions

How big are the files? Maybe your virus scanner is raping them?
