can't delete partition?

ok, I've got a HDD here from an old (well new ish) dell system, want to use it in my system but theres a partiton I cannot delete on here,
disk management just says "Healthy (EISA Configuration)" and will not let me delete (not an option).
I'd really like a quick and easy simple way of getting rid of this partiton!

It's the Dell utility partition.

You should be able to get rid of it using fdisk.
Try the delete non dos partition option.
